Afghanistan’s Justice Minister Abdul Hakim Sharaee emphasized accelerating efforts to prevent land grabbing and reclaim seized land in Ghazni, Paktia, and Nangarhar provinces.
According to the Ministry of Justice, the meeting included senior officials and technical committees responsible for land cases. The minister stressed preserving legal authority and taking decisive action to address land grabbing.
Technical committees shared updates on achievements and challenges, assuring continued coordination with local administrations to intensify efforts in preventing land grabbing and restoring seized land.
